i know this sounds like a food cranky , but im as uninterested as the next person in living off beans etc i like my occaisonal packet of crisps or other unhealthy stuff but look into MSG if you have kids or value your health........

Increasing to lexapro 10 mg?

i have taken 5 mg of lexapro for the last 10 days. last night i increased the dosage to 10 mg as instructed by my doctor. even though i had no side effects on 5 mg, today i am dizzy and nauseous. it is not terrible, but certainly uncomfortable. is this normal? how long will it last?

I read that you can see the first signs of agining at 20. I would like to ask the adults in this community about what they think about aging coz I think its freaky that people start to decline already at 20. How do you cope with that thought?

I just learned a friend of mine has AIDS! I can't help but be creeped out by the whole idea. We've never had sexual relations but I have dated a guy that used to date his ex, and lost contact with that whole group I used to hang out with so don't know the source, if that makes any sence. I moved away and haven't seen any of them for a few years. Anyway I have been tested twice awhile back, (before I learned of any of this), and came back negative. But I was wondering, what it means by HIV laying dormant? Does that mean you can test negative and still have it?

Is there some special way to dispose of un-used prescription drugs? They aren't expired or anything. I just quit using them. Some is migraine meds and one is an anti-seizure med. I just wondered if there's anything I have to do or just toss them?

Ever since I was 11ish I have felt my nipples.
When I am sexually aroused I like to touch/feel my nipples.
For me it is a substitute for masturbation until I can masturbate myself.
I am a straight male but have always enjoyed doing this.

And vice versa I love womens nipples as well (I don't think there is a man in this world that dosen't like a womans nipples)

Is this common in men?

Does anyone know of a good "accross the counter" teeth whitening system thats not too expensive?

I went to the dentist and he cleaned my teeth with this heavy paste but my teeth still have a brownish tinge to to them.

Does anyone know of something better.

The best time for me to exericise is in the morning but I just can't wake up!! I know I get plenty of sleep but it's like I can only wake up when I know I have to, so I am not late for work. I hit the snooze like it's my job. I got a new alarm clock that I set to music and then 15 mins later goes off with the buzzer but I still snooze it. Any suggestions???

In the past 2 years, I have had 5 cases of tinea versicolor, vaginal candidiasis at least 6 times and now, and now I have my 1st case of tinea capitis. My husband has never had a fungal infection and I am averaging 6 per year!! I am tired of being on anti-fungal medicine (they are hard on the liver and cause dizziness, and besides, I can't kick back with a beer while on them!). My PCP and ObGYN do not seem to think these are a lot of fungal infections.

I eat very healthy (no red meat- only fish, fruits, veggies, grains), I am a jogger, I am meticulously clean (wash hands often with soap and water, change out of running clothes right away, LOVE showers, etc.) and I can't understand why I am plagued with fungus.

I want to know
1. Is there a doctor out there who has ideas as extraneous factors that can be causing all of this?
2. Are there patients out there who have experiences with recurring fungal infections?
