I take Valerian Root which is a natural herb you can buy at your health food store. Also calcium is suppose to help at bedtime with a small glass of warm milk if you can tolerate the milk.

If Sominex (Benedryl) didn't work for you, try Melatonin. In the vitamin aisle.

Then you are out of non-RX options. You can ask your doctor for Trazodone. Non-addictive. Completely.
