yes baby I've been through it and still at 48 go through it. After my son was killed I truly felt my life was over, I took alot of pills and dranked a;ot of alcohol. I woke up in the hospital and was committed to the psyciatric war for 2 weeks. When I was released I hated everything and like you wanted to talk but I didn't want to hear anyone talk. I've come to the conclusion sometimes and I know everything changes from day to day, that life isn't that long anyways and I'm not here to impress anyone not even myself I do each day what I need to do for tommorrow if it comes. I love the people I;\'m with and just do the best I can and the best I know how to do it. Sometimes I just start writeing and write whatever comes to mind, hold on to it for about a week then read over it and throw it away. I don't know why it works it just does. I'll pray for you though I'm not religous, and I hope with all my heart you make it like myself through another day. GOD BLESS YOU and you can e-mail me anytime and if you want me to respond I will and If not I'll delete it. God bless. Can someone tell me how to change my answeres to accept e-mails? if not baby wrte a note to menal help again and I'll reluctuantly give you my cell phone number and then my e-mail so you can talk all you want. No tricks I promise.

Usually in the phone book there is a suicide hotline, or your doctor will have some numbers to call in this type of situation. I am assuming you are on anti-depressants. If your not, you need to go to the doctor ASAP to get this sorted out! Have you really come this far just to commit suicide?! You are worth more that that. Good luck!

If you suffer from depression that badly, then you should probably see a doctor and get put on some type of medication. I used to suffer from anxiety & a little bit of depression when I was a teenager, and I got put on medication. I still take it, and things are much better.

There are a lot of people suffering from this, but the great thing is that you can work your self out through medication and seeing a doctor. Good luck.

I have been throught it,but i didnt think about suicide..it's not a solution to stop depression!!!But the best solution is to visit a shrink, you'll feel pretty much fine when you talk to him...
Or if you don't want, just talk to a close friend,or cousin,or talk to your mum if you're friends...
Good luck,it's just a period..clouds will disappear..

depression is sort of like a warning, that we may be out of god's will. just need to make some changes in your life. sometimes the road to self awareness is quite painful, as we do seek to avoid the pain that goes with making change. our goal is to reach the highest level of consciousness. sometimes we can't get there unless we suffer first. think most mental illness is just a failure to accept aomething in life, giving up things we love is the most painful of human experiences. when we try to avoid the pain of growing up we are actually fighting ourselves, so maybe just don't fight the changes, don't try to control things anymore. depression signals changes are needed. good luck

Sorry you're having such a rough time. Does anyone in real life know how you feel? Please talk to your doctor, your parents, a trusted teacher or school counselor. Lots of people have a lot of emotional pain, especially in adolescence.
Are there specific issues that are making you feel desperate? Cognitive behavioral therapy and meds can help many people and you can develop trust in a therapist or psychiatrist to have someone to help you sort it out. Take care of yourself. We don't need to lose another person.

After you've gotten out of your crisis mode, think about doing some volunteer work (hospital, animal shelter, etc). Sometimes it helps to focus on something rewarding for others instead of your own issues, even if it's only for an hour or two a week. Good luck.
