The best time for me to exericise is in the morning but I just can't wake up!! I know I get plenty of sleep but it's like I can only wake up when I know I have to, so I am not late for work. I hit the snooze like it's my job. I got a new alarm clock that I set to music and then 15 mins later goes off with the buzzer but I still snooze it. Any suggestions???

Simple....move the alarm clock away for the bed across the room. Then you have to get up to turn it off. Or you can put a mouse trap on the snooze button.
