I had a bowel movement aboot an hour ago. This is really gross, so you may not want to read the gory details!

I Doo-Doo'd (dude)- and I looked inside the toilet. There was a weird thang in there. At first, I thought it looked like or possibly was a 'stem' from an apple. It kind of looked like that. I took it out, and sniffed it. It smelled like Doo-Doo (who could have predicted that!)- it looked like a vegetable or something. It was like aboot 1cm long, and was vegetable like in appearance, size, and texture.

Don't worry- I didn't taste it. LOL.

Anywho, what was that thang?

It was like gray or brown in color. Kinda Doo-Doo Brown in color. Thank you.

Right now I am on 40 mg and was wondering if the symptoms of anxiety lessen with a decreased dosage. I am also taking 100mg of Lamictal, 0.5mg Klonopin, 900 mg of Lithium, and 10mg of Ambien.

I'm 23 and a type 1 diabetic. I weigh 17 stone 8 lbs and I am 5, 5" tall. To be honest I hate exercising but because of a recent family death I feel compelled to try and do something about my weight so that I don't die in the same way. The question I want some answers to is how do I keep motivated to lose weight & incorporate & enjoy exercise aswell?

I was told to loose 3500 calories for every lb of fat..How does the math work? Right now all I eat is a veggie max salad from Subway Twice a day ...Thats right a salad with the veggie patty in it. Please advise.

i think my glasses are fine at the moment but have just lost them. i want a new pair but because my prescription is over 2 yrs old the optician says i have to have an eye test they wont let me use my old prescription. have been wearing the glasses for just six months as i felt they were much too strong when i first had them 18 months ago. i dont want another pair now that are too strong. can they not just give me a pair from my old prescription which was september 04. please help.

i have half an hr to get ready and i took out my contacts last night to wash them and give my eyes a break now today my left eye burns when my contact is in .. and when i blink my eye .. i have been experiencing Anal bleeding for awhile and ignored that. Then acouple weeks ago i was puking up blood. I did take a morphine acouple hours before, but when i asked around, they said puking blood wasnt a common side effect of taking morphine. I havent puked since then, so i wouldn't know if i still would be puking blood; but would like to know if these are symptoms of a bigger problem?
