Can you be more specific with you symptoms? Have you had any blood exams? Unfortunately, not all types of gallstones can be seen by ultrasound. You might new some other more hi-tech examination like CT scan, MRI or even ERCP. If after all these axaminations are still negative, maybe you have a functions gallbladder/biliary problem called sphincter of Odi dysfunction.

If you have all the symptoms of gallstones I would suggest you cut out all fat from your diet and see if that helps the symptoms disappear. This will take several days to weeks before you see an improvement. I would also Suggest taking lecithin powder one to 2tsp. three times a day before eating. This will act like a soap and clean the gallbladder.

sometimes the gallstones don't show on an ultrasound because of being extremely small. I don't have an answer as to what other condition you could be having.

"•Pain may extend, or radiate, to the back between the shoulder blades or under the right shoulder. Inhaling deeply, or moving, often makes the pain worse." I hope this helps--you should tell your doctor immediatly what ever the case.
