ceasing to exist. It is almost impossible to entertain the idea of not being. When you die there are only 3 ways that you die. You either bleed out, your heart stops, or your breath stops. There are probably thousands of ways that one or all of these things can be made to happen to a person, but essentially that is how you die. Hopefully you will not experience severe pain while you wait for one of those 3 things to happen. Have almost died twice and the scariest thing to me was the total awareness of what was going on and the total lack of control over the outcome.

My best concern is that i might die youthful and depart at the back of people who weren't arranged to loose me so early. My father died at fifty 4 and all of us have been thoroughly unprepared for it. i did not assume to loose him so early and his mom died at 40 six. i think of roughly if I died at 50 or fifty 5, my daughter might basically be 20 or so. i don't want to depart her that early and that i want to have the capacity to appreciate retirement with my husband. that's the only element that scares me. i don't spend time annoying a pair of painful loss of life although that could particularly ensue, yet all varieties of loopy issues could ensue. i don't discover it useful to agonize a pair of bunch of what if's. loss of life youthful looks a much greater reasonable danger. I additionally do not situation approximately any afterlife by way of fact i'm very particular that there is not one. yet i don't spend numerous time annoying approximately loss of life youthful - basically slightly right here and there.
