about 100 calories containing less than a gram of fat and 22g of protein.
you can use the site fitday.com to look stuff up and keep track of what you eat each day. there's also nutritiondata.com, but it's a little less user friendly.

According to the box of frozen chicken breasts in my freezer, a 4-ounce serving contains 100 calories, 0 carbs and 23 grams of protein.

3 ounces is about 110 so a 4 ounce is probably about 139 calories

i know you dont really want a calorie calculater or anything but you can probably be more descriptive than i can abotu what your eatign so og to calorieking.com and it should tell you how many calories in it its very easy
