First off, you most certainly need a lot of protein in your diet. For your age and weight, roughly 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. You may supplement that with a whey protein ( the only kind I've had that was remotely tolerable is made by Optimum Nutrition- found at your local GNC) however, you don't want to drink the majority of your protein intake. Grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, and turkey are all great sources of natural protein.
Next, Do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, except for water. (of which, you should be taking in about a gallon a day. seems like a lot, but if you break it down into smaller servings throughout the course of your day, it's not too bad. )Make sure to be hydrated. If you're weight training, a little food is advisable within 30-45 prior to lifting. NEVER lift on an empty stomach! Get your carbs after your am workout, but limit them after lunch.
I was a personal trainer for several years and the aforementioned system helped me shed 20lbs. and 13% body fat over a 60 day period. When getting started with this system, if your body isn't used to the regimen, it will respond rather quickly by way of losses. Beware though, if you don't maintain some sort of consistency, it'll all be for naught, and you're weight will come back.

Hm, if you don't want to exercise, the best method would probably be going on a diet, and eating vegetables. If you happen to be eating out, make sure the food doesn't have a load of calories, and not too much fat. If it doesn't say, ask your waiter/waitress. Salad bars in restaurants may be a good choice, although you never know if they are healthy salads or not.

The fastest way would be a diet and light exercise. Make sure not to exercise too much since muscle is heavier than fat. A good, slow paced exercise would be just walking around or swimming in a local community center (of course you could also swim anywhere you choose). Every day or so, check your progress, and if something isn't working out well, try new methods.

Actually it depends on how heavy you are at the moment and how tall you are and what you are eating at the moment.

Having a veg salad does not mean tat you are losing weight and calories if you are also eating other things at other times of the day and are not exercising...

Would you consider a detox?

I lost 15kg in 2 months using a detox. You can see my before and after pics here:
http://dreamsincredibles.blogspot.com/2005/10/angel-lost-15kg-within-2-months.html

Now, I specialize in helping people lose weight easily and quickly using the detox program i used.

If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,

All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.

If you exercise by either running or swimming, it will furthur enhance the results.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water. Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day. Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

First of all we are an overweight country because the food industry puts growth hormones in our food on top of that they put
ingredients to make us fat. Fast foods are the worst. That includes Subway.Don't you see they put chemicals in the salad to make them last longer and look nice? This makes us fat.
Second you don't starve yourself on 2 salads a day. This only slows down your metabolism.

You need to be eating 6 small meals a day.
Here what I did...
1.Detoxify your body by fasting.Do a juice fast.
2.Drink 8 oz of water as soon as you wake up.
3Drink 80-100 oz of water through out the day.
4.Walk @least 1hr a day @your own paste.
5.Stop eating after 7:00pm. If your are craving anything just drink water and wait 15 min .Your craving will go away. This takes allot of will power.
6.Candida Cleans.More info at www.lifeforce.com
7.colon cleanse
8.Digestive Enzymes Cleans. This will help you digest your food quicker
9.Take 2tsp of organic Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal. This helps burn the fat in a natural way.
A typical day for me goes something light this.
Breakfast: 2 oz of turkey breast,chicken breast,or fish,1/2cup of a crab.
mid morning snack: 2 OZ of protein again Turk, chick,or fish
Lunch:2 OZ protein,1cup greens or salad 1/2 of carb.
Mid day snack .I repeat this prosses Dinner and PM snack.

Try to add some lean, low sodium meat to your diet. Chicken and fish (unbattered and baked) are excellent sources of protien. The protien will take your body longer to digest and keep you from feeling hungry so soon.

Salads are great, but watch out for those dressings...they can be loaded with calories and fat! Making it about as healthy as a big mac!

Watch the snacking...that's what did me in.
