My mom has cervical cancer III A. She is doing radiotherapy (linear accelerator) and chemo.

Her doctor can give her Aranesp or Procrit to rebuild her red blood cells. This is usually done on a weekly basis. I'm surprised they haven't offered it to her already. Some of the weakness and tiredness she may feel is related to the radiation therapy....it's just one of those side effects, not much you can do but wait out the treatments. Most patients recover from it just fine.

Ask the doctor about Procrit. It helps cancer patients alot. If the blood counts get down low, sometimes they use blood transfusions. That helps too.

I will say a prayer for your mom.

I am very sorry your Mother has Cancer.

No doctor is allowed to tell you this.
and
It is not listed in any Medical Book.
But,
You might try these three supplements, at your own risk, they are available in some vitamin stores:

Selenium
NAC
Glutathione (sublingual)

If you can raise your glutathione levels the chemo will be more tolerant.

Take lots of antioxidents especially containing polyphenol
Essaic
vitamin C and E
selenium
astragulus (Chinese herb)
Q10 and shark cartilege (blocks cancer cells from being fed)
also some chinese herbs and mushrooms like maitake or reishi are good
