i am 55 heralth but 305lbs i ride an expercise bike diamond back 4 hours a week. i watch what i east i need to loose 40 pounds and get my bllod sugars down i don't want to die yet i have too much to do

I always feel tired and depressed. There was a time once that I was on diet pills (ephedrine, which work like speed) and when I was on them I felt SO much happier. Why is that?

How many should I do to lose some weight? I do about sixty a day right now, thirty in the morning and thirty at night, and I plan to gradually stup up the number once doing thirty becomes like nothing, but am I really doing something useful here?

Ok so I have this problem. My armpits smell really bad...i know its gross. But the thing is I am starting to take about 2 showers a day becaues its really grossing me out. The deoderant that I use makes my armpits itch really bad...and i've used 3 different kinds so far and they still itch.They are lady speed stick and dove(i've tried 2 kinds of lady speed stick) I am positive there is no hair there so that can't be the problem.Is there anything I can do??? I see workouts that are labeled mass exercises, and I see workouts labeled size/strength exercises. I know many strength workouts so this doesnt make much difference to me. I just want to know the difference in the results the body gets from these exercises.

Does size exercises make the body look different from mass exercises and if so what are the differences, thanks alot.

I was diagnosed as being hypothyroid about a year after being treated with chemo for leukemia. I have been taking thyroxine since then, and all of my tsh tests come back as normal. I still have many of the symptoms of being hypothyroid, and my doctor seems to think as long as the tests come back normal I'm OK.

my brother 's doctor told him that he has a tumor on hin heart and they are treating it as cancerous untill they do more testing. what are his chances of a full recovery or even coming out of surgery? Someone out there please give me reassurance that he will be ok.I am really scared for him and his four kids and wife. I willl be losing my best friend as we are 13 months apart and very close also.

I'm in my early 40s, and although I had small bald spot, my hair has been its completely original dark color, with the rarest of rare grey hairs.

I started Minoxidil orally (I think 2.5 mgs) about 2 mos ago for my blood pressure, and have suddenly found a significant amount of grey hairs - readily visible.

I'm okay with grey, but I was caught off guard by how many appeared in such a short period of time. I need the minoxidil for my BP, so there's no stopping that (other meds didn't cut it) but is this a common side effect? I didn't find a lot in the literature, although I did find some anecdotal reports...
