I see workouts that are labeled mass exercises, and I see workouts labeled size/strength exercises. I know many strength workouts so this doesnt make much difference to me. I just want to know the difference in the results the body gets from these exercises.

Does size exercises make the body look different from mass exercises and if so what are the differences, thanks alot.

purely semantics. however the training routines for size and strength can be totally different...
