get a prescription strength topical steriod from a dermatologist. For emidiate relief mosturize with non fragrant lotion and don't scratch it. try to keep the area cool you can use a damp cloth. Pay close attention to the foods you eat as certain foods may cause you to have an outbreak.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Try Coconut Body Butter from The Body Shop. It contains coconut oil which I have read good things about. My dad got relief from it when nothing else worked on his rash on his legs. I also like it for my badly chapped hands in the winter as it doesn't burn or itch after I apply it. Make sure its the COCONUT and not the COCOA
