i weigh about 130 lbs. i wanna weigh 110 or 115. Not 130 or 120!!!! and get really skinny legs? and also look good in a bikini. and look good in skirts and not b afraid 2 wear shorts and skirts? i wont wear skirts or shorts because of my legs. i hate them. i really wanna change my figure.

well, first of all, I don't think taht you are fat..and you don't need to go on a diet...but if you want to be HEALTHIER than I would suggest this: first of all..what you drink really effects you...soda's are killers and diet is not any better than the regualr. Stay away from the soda and drink water..you can easily lose 3 pounds from drinking water instead of soda. Next is portion sizes. Foods should be around this amount:
a serving of vegetables or fruit is about the size of your fist
A rounded handful - about one half cup cooked or raw veggies or cut fruit, a piece of fruit, or ½ cup of cooked rice or pasta - this is a good measure for a snack serving, such as chips or pretzels
Deck of cards - a serving of meat, fish or poultry or the palm of your hand (don't count your fingers!) - for example, one chicken breast, ¼ pound hamburger patty or a medium pork chop
Golf ball or large egg - one quarter cup of dried fruit or nuts
Tennis ball - about one half cup of ice cream
Computer mouse - about the size of a small baked potato
Compact disc - about the size of one serving of pancake or small waffle
Thumb tip - about one teaspoon of peanut butter
lastly you should get out more..do fun stuff like walk with a friend or walk your dog...join a yoga class as mentioned before... just getting outside. If you want smaller legs I would definely recamend running. I am a runner and My thighs are like rocks and are very toned....swimming is also very helpful for your legs
Well I hope I helped out a little bit and remember don't go ona diet..diets aren't healthy....eating healthy is healthy....
Lastly..I don't know how tall you are but 130 is not over weight unless your like 4' 9" go to a website and try to figure out your BMI and I guarentee that your weight will be average or below average....Hope I helped!!

You calorie intake should be about 2000. Since you wanna look good when you are in a bikini, skirts, etc..... work out w/ low weights. oh btw, don't think that lifting will make you bulk, cuz it doesnt for girls. we boys have 10 times more testerone than girls and that means it will be really hard for girls to get muscle. your body will be toned and make sure you do cardio once or twice every week.

45-60 minutes of fat burning exercise such as the eliptical or spinning at 70-80% of your max heart rate. This will keep you from building muscle which can weigh more than fat and look bulky if you don't balance it with a whole body workout. This will focus on buring fat. Also keep track of the calories you eat. this will give you an idea of how much you need to exersice to compensate for your love of food.

Make an excercise chart. Do situps, crunches, pushups, and try running that will really target the legs. Dont wear yourself out though, keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water or gatorade and eat healthy foods.

Try eating fruits and veggies! don't eat any type of snak more than 200 calories or if you do then only eat a bit. Make sure you run alot and don't eat more than 2600 calories a day...try to make it less if you are on a diet...i lost about 8 pounds form that.
