You're right, there is no room for you at the moment, but it wont last forever. It is hard going but imagine how you would feel after your mother's death if you hadn't cared enough to look after her.
I admire what you are doing, and your mother - even with her dementia no doubt appreciates it, even if she cannot communicate this (who knows that there isn't stil some 'mum' inside the dementia?).
Your parents will not be around forever, though it may be hard right now, you will look back in years to come and have peace of mind knowing that you did the right thing.

You should ask your local Social Services for respite care to give you a bit of time for yourself. You don't make it clear whether you care for your mum or not. But that makes little difference to the fact that it remains a stressful situation. You need to look after yourself. You are no good to anyone else if you're not good to yourself. Your first priority is to yourself. (Sorry I am repeating myself). Delegate. There is no reason why other members of your family shouldn't be able to share the load, even the little ones. If you are a family then the whole family has to pull together.
Good luck.

Keep smiling and you will get your reward. Of course it's hard but remember what your parents have done for you for a great more years than you will have to repay them.
Keep your chin up my love and at the end of the day you will have afeeling of great satisfaction, your reward wil come, trust me. Happy New Year.
