People Have Gottin To Use To Setting Around And Doing What Ever They What Ever Day...... And In Alot Of Cases Thats Eatting!

beacuse high calorie meals are easy and availble. We are conditioned as children with commercials and fast food and soda. Then we just continue. The wieght gain is usally slow and over time so people doon't really notice untill there huge then it's hard to lose wieght when you need to lose 50 or so lbs as aposed to 10 lbs. Another aspect is our lifestyles. Mainy people don't have jobs that are very physically demanding so they sit around 8hrs a day. If they have children it might be hard to find free time to exersice.

there is an excess of high calorie food items that are readily available here
people eat far to many calories than their body requires on a daily basis
lack of regular exercise
general lack of knowledge regarding the nutritional content of food items and the basic functions of the human endocrine system

too lazy, people spend way to much time being seditary. Combine that with eating bad food or eating to much food and you have obese people
