I always feel tired and depressed. There was a time once that I was on diet pills (ephedrine, which work like speed) and when I was on them I felt SO much happier. Why is that?

most likely your going threw with drawls from the diet pills. try to start an exercise routine that should help you balance your hormones again. good luck

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

You probably feel depressed because you feel tired. With low energy, most people are easily aggitated by little things. Energy gives you brain power and the ability to deal with everyday problems life throws at you. Maybe you need to be on medication, not over the counter speed which is basically what diet pills are. hydroxycut etc..

That could be why you feel tired and depressed now. Ephedrine, if used over a long time, will exhaust your nervous system. I don't recommend you going back on them. See a doctor and get on antidepressants.

The diet pills gave you a synthetic rush - this is not only harmful to your body over extended use, but will only provide temporary relief anyway and just covers up your natural state, which needs lots of healthy attention. Hope you are feeling much better soon - take care !

There is no reason to be depressed all of the time. You need to see a doctor and get treatment. There are alot of things out there that will help. Don't self medicate. You will make your condition worse.

You might be depressed but more likly your not getting enough sleep. If your young you may need up to ten hours a night to get a full nights sleep. If your older then it might be stress or diet that is interupting your sleep cycle. Try cutting out caffine and refined sugars for two weeks. Thats why speed made you feel better.

the best way to treat your deppression is make some time fir your self. do the things you want. if your single go find a cute guy to flirt with. you felt so much happier on diet pills beacuse the body felt like u needed it.
