Ladies, or gentlemen. How old where you when your clothes felt a little tight, you were 5 or so pounds heavier, and you and your friends were, like, well, you're getting older, let it slide. Just curious. I'm 30 and starting to feel it (even though i've always been small) and just don't really want to let it slide. No changes in diet and work out patterns. Opinions?

I talked to someone and they told me it's because I use a soft tootbrush. She told me I need to use a Hard type toothbrush does this matter? All my life I've never had so much tartar buildup in a matter of hours a day. I can feel it in my mouth. Sometimes when I swallow and a little happens to go down the throat it makes my stomach hurt. I have to do something about this seriously, this is gross! Is this a certain dental condition that I'm suffering from?

I am an obese female, 5'7" 243 lbs, and my blood pressure is normally high sometimes higher, (on meds) but I've not been feeling good for a couple days (tired) i checked my blood pressure, first reading was 98/63 and second 100/60 with a pulse of 57 and 60, should I do something?

which is better to lose weight, the most natural and most effective, if not these than what other pill aids in weight loss other than the eating right and excercise because i lost 30 pounds like that and am having trouble with the last 10-15.

Honestly, what is this called? I woke up this morning and brushed my teeth, when I got more toothpaste I realized that I had put facial foam on the tooth brush when I tasted it different. Two days ago when I went to make coffee I forgot to put the glass pot underneath. I tend to miss a lot of little things like that, specially in the morning. Is this normal or am I slowly loosing my mind?

I dont think I do it when asleep, but I'm constantly doing it when awake. Stress makes it worse but no stress doesnt get rid of it. I really want to stop!

i am 23 year i was normal till i fell on the region between the testis and the anus that was befor 3 years , I had a pain for a 10 minutes, i was afraid if that will affect my sexuality or no and it caused to me a wariness about that …after many days when I tried to masturbate as usual I shocked that I ejaculate whiteout any erection I was too afraid..i tried to forget this problem and to say it is a psychological problem but useless I still suffer .sometimes I have a partly morning erection and a very little of times I have complete morning erection …and if I want to erect it by my self ..i have to play carefully because it will ejaculate quickly if I don’t be careful and if I left it ..it will go to be small quickly …I am in a very bad problem …I don’t know if I lost my sexuality for ever or no…I don’t know if my problem due to psychological or physiological causes please help me I am in true problem ..

I wish to learn about heart sounds. I am aware of 4. S-1, 2,3, and 4. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but S-1 and S-2 are the Atrio-ventricular valves and semi-lunar valves opening and closing. If you could specify which is which on this too, that would be gnarly. And, of course, what are S-3 and S-4? Or if you so wish, you could just give me a complete run down of the sounds in your own way. The only reason I am asking this on-line instead of looking in my textbooks is: I have searched relentlessly for it and can't find it. So it would be much appreciated, thank you.

I'm really close with my ex-girlfriends family and her parents recently got divorced. Her younger brother is 15 and has had a troubled life due to his parents. He reminds me a lot of myself when i was his age and I wish i had someone older and reliable to talk to. My 11 year old niece had her first night terror around age 9. She also sleep walks, but it does not happen very often. I am babysitting her this weekend. Last night, she woke me by digging her nails into my arm and talking very fast about being in a plane crash. She was bumping into the walls and yelling. About 10 mins later she woke up.

I am afraid this will happen again tonight…it’s very frightening and I have two young children…is there anything I can do to prevent the sleep walking or night terrors? And what causes this? Any information would be helpful, thanks.

I've been hearing that Shampoos and Make -ups and skin creams have carcenogens in them. I use them everyday and didn't even think there was a risk of using them!
