In your opinion what is the best diet pill out there, Legal and over the counter of course that works?

There's this diet pill that is randomly spit out of every treadmill in America. If you jump on the treadmill and jog for an hour, it just might be your lucky day and you'll see the pill. If not, go back the next day and try again. Eventually the pill will show up. Drink it down with lots of water and then go weigh yourself. You'll be so amazed at how much weight this pill will make you lose.

I am using Hoodia. It is a natural herb. There is a lot of information on the web about it. What it does is it makes you feel full. You take it an hour before you eat with 8 -10 oz glass of water. I didn't take it yesterday, and had a bunch of cravings. Believe me you, I took it today. LOL!
Talk to ypur doctor before taking anything. I did.

Get a baby tapeworm they eat all the food you put in your body and you loose wait like crazy!!!!!!!!

maybe sometime diet don't work and sometime it have side-affects
