I went to EBAY and see that there are selling large diapers and Bibs Big baby Girl dresses on EBAY. They have a pic of a Man in pampers in a playpen Too. I see over 800 items for this. How many are doing this? Normal?

I wouldnt say its something to be afraid of, people just have their likes and dislikes, like everyone else. Theres just happens to be reminiscent of their past. I think for some people, it makes them comfortable, and worry free, like when they were a child. Others may enjoy engaging in baby play because they like the feeling of control, when someone is playing the submissive, which would be the baby. As for the general practice, Here it is. Adults dress up like babies, and are taken care of like babies by a "mommy" or "daddy" or any other guardian. They change them, and feed them etc. Whilst the diapered adult acts literally like a baby. I think there is a psychological reason for it, but nothing harmful. I think when it becomes sexual, that is when it becomes for of a psychological issue, because these acts may come from a pedophilia fetish. Pedophilia fetishes could be dangerous, but not in all cases, it depends on the person.
However, I have never participated in these acts, I just know of them, so if anyone has any naysay, on the answer, who has experience, please comment.

This is a fetish some people have. And I gather there are a large group of men that are into this. It's a harmless enough fetish but I wouldn't say its normal. There is definitely some psychological reason behind it.

I would say it's abnormal, but most fetishes are. I think it's funny that there are over 800 thing for it for sale on eBay. But once again that proves you can sell ANYTHING on eBay! Haha thanks for the laugh, take care, & happy holidays.
