Hello:
This is in response to your question concerning a "bump" on the testicle.
Without knowing more information, I cannot tell you exactly what it may be however I can give you a differential diagnosis.
Based on the information given, if this boy got the skin of his scrotum caught in his zipper, then trauma occurred and scar tissue probably formed, which is quite common and can result in a hard "knot" feeling.
Is the area painful? Have the bumps changed in size, shape, color or consistency? Is there discharge from the bumps? Were they ever "blister-like"?
These little bumps could be scar tissue, small benign cysts, hyperplastic benign hair follicles, post-folliculitis scarring (a healed infected hair follicle leaving behind a hard knot of scar tissue) or possibly HPV (human papilloma virus) which is the cause of warts.
Is the boy sexually active? If so, then he should probably have an STD workup to include herpes simplex II, syphilis (the test is called an RPR), HIV, gonorrhea/chlamydia DNA swab, although I dont think any of these are this boy's problem based on the information you have given me.
I hope this helps answer your question and alleviate your concerns.
Regards,
Warren Shaffer, M.D.

He probably got it caught in his zipper then... It doesn't indicate any type of STD if that's what you're getting at. Unless he's 100% sure that it's from the zipper injury he should see a doctor though, because the bumps could also be a sign of testicular cancer.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about four years ago, whilst I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I understand lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/k8Ktz everything improved.
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This system provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

Listen, it sounds like Herpes.
Men just dont get small bumps from being stick in a zipper--he's lying. You cant trust men with your sexual health like that.
Men lie all the time when they have STD's.
Its good they use condoms, but I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole.
Call the National STD and HIV Hotline at 1-800-342-AIDS, they wil help your cousin figure out what it is.

A 'bump' is a pretty vague description. Sounds like it could be a cyst or a wart, or possibly scar tissue. This boy should avoid having intercourse with people until he knows what the cause of the raised area is.

Getting caught in the zipper would have left a scar, moreso than bumps. Could be a hygeine issue, such as jock itch; could also be a sexually transmitted disease.
