I am considered obese 243lbs and 5'7" and my blood pressure is normally high, sometimes higher than that, but the last couple of days I've been really tired and I just check my blood pressure twice once at 98/63 and then at 100/60 my pulse is 57 ?

If you normally have high blood pressure, you probably also normally have a high heart rate. If you have checked your vital signs and see this as abnormal for you, you should be seen by a doctor. Many illnesses can cause some of these symptoms, and some can be life threatening. I'd get checked out, if it was me.

Now that maybe a great blood pressure for a top athlete but for a normal person it may be to low.

With you weight one would think you blood pressure is to high.

Thats a little low...you may have the flu or a cold..make sure that your pulse is regular though...drink plenty of water, or Gatorade..take an aspirin..and get some rest...sometimes a little caffeine, will help too..if you have any other signs or symptoms or are in doubt..see your doctor.
