I need to know if im depressed or not because i'm too scared to go see a doctor. I'm only fifteen and i have alot of problems on my plate, family wise, school wise, work wise and in particular problems with my mother and boyfriend. Everynight i seem to cry over them but then like last night at my mums bday party i was upset and felt like crying over nothing. I find it hard to fall asleep, breathe, i get constant headachesand blurry eyes. I have hurt myself alot of times, but it seems like it calms me down. I don't want to see anyone i just want to know if i have mild depression or something. I'm fifteen and its like i'm having a mental breakdown. Please, i need comments that will help me not ones that would make things harder on me, ie. abuse..

I'm 16 years old, I sometimes drink 4/5 beers (cobra if your interested) when I'm alone or have a drink like wine at dinner once a week somtimes followed by sommthing stronger like a spirit, but not always. In fact I've actually had 4 cobra's right now, I was woundering would I have liver problems if I continue this way. Before you answer take these things into acount
I have never been drunk even when out with my friends, and I have never had a hangover in the morning, and considering my age I'm british so the legal age is 18 not 21 so I am closer to the legal age then you might think. I would really like an opinion based on fact, but feel free to judge me or make commments if you wish.

I had eyes tested last week, and was told i needed glasses. The prescription is ;
Right +0.50
Left +0.50 -.0.50 165

What does these numbers actually mean? When should i wear them? Will i notice a difference?
I am a teacher/musician and part time student if that makes any difference!!

what should i do about my fingertips? ive been playing guitar for about 10 months now, and theyre all callused, and i cant feel them anymore. theyyve bled a couple times 2. the tips are all ripped up and i cant feel them. ive been practicing nonstop except for school and sports. i practice maybe 5 or more hours a day, at least. what should i do? i dont want my fnigers ripped up!

What is freeweighting? If u lift two 5kg (10 pound) dumbells, is that freeweighting? Can lifting the two 5kg dumbells affect ur growth/heigth?
