Twitches in the arm muscle means that the muscle is tired. If it's anything else, like a tingle or any other type of twitch, it could have something to do with the nerve to that arm.
Rest and relaxation usually take care of the problem as far as muscle twitches. If it's something else then maybe you should see a doctor.

There could be any number of reasons for muscle twitching.

These might range from simple muscle fatigue to more serious conditions such as Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). This is a rare condition that most commonly effects middle age men.

There are other more common causes of muscle twitches of fasciculations such as an overactive thyroid gland, a normal reaction to cold or exercise, certain medication, a pinched nerve, or some spinal cord problems. There is also a benign syndrome of fasciculations with or without cramps.

A good thorough examination by a credentialed neurologist is your best bete to ascertain what it means in your particular situation.
