Not to sound like I'm promoting something here, but the Ab Lounge really does work. I started using it two months ago and I've lost twenty-seven pounds already. It tones and tightens your stomach and your love handles really well, too.

Hula Hooping....weighted ones are good, but you have to start out doing it for a very small amount of time (like 30 seconds) and work your way up or you will be bruised and sore.

If you have someone to help you, lay on your back on the floor, have them stand directly behind your head. You grab their ankles and raise your feet over your head, they will then push your legs back down. Do this for as many reps as you can then switch places. For this to work you have to really be moving your legs towards them and they have to actually push them away (causing the resistance on your behalf to help with the workout.)
