I don't know really don't play the giutar, maybe moisturize them well before & after playing. also u could wear cotton gloves when u moisturize them. I think Neutragna hand cream is a good one as they say sth about it helps with fishermen's hands.
they sound seriuosly dry.don't expose ur hands 2 the cold as this is extra drying. sorry this is all i can suggest! hope it helps!

Let you fingertips heal. Afterwards, dab a very thin amount of Superglue or Crazyglue on your fingertips. Keep your fingers seperated and blow them dry (takes a few seconds). Since you practice a long time the strings will rub the glue off little by little (use nail polish remover to get the rest off). Not only will you still have the 'feel' of the strings, you'll also 'callus' the fingertips without the pain. After awhile you won't need the glue anymore. ROCK ON.

It happens if your true to your art then your fingers suffer. Over time it is less but at 5hrs. or even 3hrs a day thats rough on your fingers. Try to take 3 to 5 days off and let them heal properly then maybe when you pick the gutiar back up it will be a bit better. I know my joints and finger tips hurt at times to, then I take a break.

Every guitarist goes through that.. your fingers are just getting used to being used that much.. Just like a runner's feet have to get used to rinning, your fingers have to get used to being used like that or as often as you are now.. Callusses will come and they are to protect your fingers' nerves. Maybe take a break from guitar for a couple of days to get your fingers back to normal and work on writin songs or something, good luck!

well you should have a callus on them for the guitar. i would suggest you to stop playing for a week, rip off or trim the callus and then put some moisturizer on them. if thay are cut put some neosporen on them
