Due to difficult baby delivery several years ago, girlfriend was left very "stretched" due to poor surgical work afterwards. Is anyone aware of surgical procedures to correct?

Does she know you are not happy with her nether regions? Maybe she doesn't want to go through painful and distressing surgery, for something that is for your own selfish benefit. I have a better idea, why don't you go see a doctor about a penile enlargement, that should solve the problem...........................

Sure. They exist. Do some research on-line. After you have some basic information, talk to a doctor for a referral.

There are operations but she should try Kegel exercises first. They will probably be effective, and she can look up how to do them online.
