wash your back better, use antibacterial soap, use poar cleaning stuff...if thoes dont work then like me your screwed

However, if you are ready to make the changes the suggest, and they arent even that hard, then it will clear you up pretty quickly, and you won't have to waste any more money on creams and microderms...

Gently wipe it with 3% hydrogen peroxyde 3 times a day, for 5 days, then use polysporin cream the 6th day, one time a day OR tooth paste one or two times a day.

I use to shower before work and I started showering after work and it helps alot. I also talked to a dermotoligist and they said be sure to dry off really well. Its not a 100% cure ,but it helps.
