i have ugly legs!!!?

i have huge whitspots on my legs,,,and scratches,red marks and bruises and dry skin!!!! what do i do?

First... exfoliate.

Lotion will take care of the scratches and dry skin...

Get a lotion with a bit of self tanner- that increases just a bit every time you use the lotion (to keep you from looking orange) should take care of the redness and white spots.
