I want to learn how to put a tampon in i am using my moms heavy flow one but i can't put it in should i get a light flow one?

my fiance has been having a little problem. He is going to the doctor later in the week, but I am worried right now. His left testical the tubes that run from them there is a knot.It is like they are tangled up or something. He is acting like it is not a big deal and said that they are probally inflamed. Since I am not a man I honestly dont know any thing about this situation. So if there is anyone that can help me understand it would be very much appriciated.

I had Japanese food on Friday night and now my mouth is very sore. The last time I ate it, the same thing happened but I thought it was my wisdom teeth coming in. I went to the dentist and he gave me an antibiotic for a sinus infection because I had those symptoms as well.

I bought some biotin vitamins at Akin's yesterday because I heard they really work. I got 60 vitamins that are 500 mg not micrograms. Anyone out there ever taken them? If so...results?

I know all about breast cancer, as most of us should. My very close friend has been diagnosed with Inflamatory breast cancer. Her breast is swollen, red, hard and very hot. Plus her nipple has inverted. All this happened in a space of 4 days. Does anybody know anything about this type of cancer and if so, how aggressive is it? she is being a bit blaze about it, but think it may be nerves. thank you.

Both me and the guy I am dating are really into fitness..we both had hardcore routines going but lately we have been working out together since our schedules are busy and it’s hard to find time to be together but the thing is…half way through the workout we just see each other all sweat and hot and we abandon the workout and head home. Is working out with your partner detrimental? Or is there a way to keep from being distracted while working out together?

when i sleep at night, both of my hands both get the tingling sensation (it feels as if they have fallen asleep). i assume it is ulnar damage, but i have taken precautions (for about a month) and the feeling has not gotten any better. does anyone have any suggestions?

im sick of hospitals its xmas should i hold off till appt friday with neurosurgeon fri the 22nd of dec or go to er...could this be really serious and not know it...legs weak, tail bone bruised again. back aches....hurt allover..first time 3 steps i fell down..last night 8..my foot gave out on me..what do i do when u have had it with hospitals/

My heart rate is really slow. Its stays around 50. A doctor told me she wished hers was that low and that just meant my heart didn't have to work as hard.

Is that true? Or do I have a weak heart. Just looking for a 2nd opion.

Drink distilled water, I drank a lot..about a gallon a day. But believe me it worked almost overnight. I am slim build, work out, not overweight, eat sensibly, have low blood pressure and my chlorestrol was 7.3 at the last test. and the doctor has suggested statins. As I prefer hoemoepathic remedies, I am reluctant to go the statin route. I am already taking plant sterols. I have just had another test and I am awaiting the results and the doctor said if it was less than 6.8 my health is at risk. Can anybody help?

My fiance snores loudly and interrupts everyone's sleep in the household. i've even had to sleep on the floor in another room a few nights and you can still hear him clear through the entire house. he says he doesnt realize how loud he is or that he is even snoring. it is horrible! ive been going to work w/ dark circles and burning eyes, not to mention when im in the bed w/ him and he begins to snore im constantly nudging him so that he will notice when he is snoring. i am so irritable right now from sleep deprivation i could scream. i find myself taking out on him and he doesnt really deserve it. what will stop it???

My hand is really painful it has been for 6 months on and off one day its not so bad and others its really bad. It started off like a cramp feeling after i had my baby but now it feels bruised and ive done nothing to it, Ive been putting off going to the doctors becuase i live in spain and my spanish isnt so good i know i should and i will but just wondererd if anyone had any ideas.
