when i sleep at night, both of my hands both get the tingling sensation (it feels as if they have fallen asleep). i assume it is ulnar damage, but i have taken precautions (for about a month) and the feeling has not gotten any better. does anyone have any suggestions?

It might be tennis elbow. (carpal tunnel syndrome) If you spend alot of time typing or on a computer it can happen. Do hand exercises. Like get a stress ball and squeeze it and release your hand. Ball up your fist then open it wide. Do several reps of these. It will help with the circulation.

Might be Carpal Tunnel. Best to see an orthopedic surgeon

Although the most likely of problems is carpal tunnel syndrome, it could be a neurological problem such as multiple sclerosis. See your doctor as soon as possible.
