Well, this malady generates lots of ideas.
Since it started when you had your baby, I would suspect it has something to do with your back. The muscles in your hand are cramping and when the cramp stops, yes, it will feel sore & bruised.
Did you have a spinal tap for anesthetic? Did you lie on your back to give birth? Possibly pulled on straps or a friend's arm when in labor? Was much of your labor pain located in your lower back?
Try having a friend work their fingers slowly, patiently up and down the vertebrae of your spine to see if there is a tender spot somewhere. If it is at the tailbone and you had spinal anesthetic, see your health care provider. If it is in your neck, gentle massage or chiropractic treatment may get things back in alignment.
Try massaging your hand with pure essential oil of Lavender. It is anti-inflammatory & stops pain and spasm. Also may help if you find a tender spot on your spine.

Well it could be a number of things, and you should not worry if your spanish is not very good, It sure doesnt bother them to come to our country "USA" not knowing a lick of English. If the pain is flowing into your wrist you could have Carpaltunnel Syndrom, Typical symptoms
You wake up feeling your hand is numb – and it feels as if it is not getting sufficient blood.
Having shaken your hand you put it in a better position and continued sleeping.
You feel the tingle at the first and forth finger.
The tingle appears while driving, riding or in certain positions of the hand.
But yeah go on to the doctor, it would be something else serious, better be safe than sorry. Goodluck!

Try posting some more details - it the the palm or the back of the hand that hurts? Is it the thumb side or the little finger side? Do you have any altered sensation? Does it look different (swollen or wasted anywhere)? Do you have any loss of power or precision? Is it only on activity or at rest? Morning or night? When did you have your baby?

Weizy is rude take no notice of her. It could be you have a trapped nerve. These can take ages to heal. The hand is a really complex piece of our anatomy made up of many bones. muscle, tendons and ligaments. Lots of things can go wrong. I would get it checked out if I was you. Good Luck.
