You're in the middle of your healthy weight zone. If you are between a (UK) 8-12 then you are quite slender, 14 you are OK. If you are a 16+ you could do with toning up perhaps. See a doctor before taking exercise and don't try any fast diets!

If I recall my conversion tables 9 stone equals about 136 pounds. I'd say that you are at a good weight for your height and age. Your waist size would probably be about a 34, but this could vary with your overall build.

nope ur not over weight at all,9 stone is very skinny actually,if you have flab in certain areas I suggest concentrating on those body parts in the gym.I am a boxer and I would say you should be around 10 stone,9 stone Is skinny.And your waist should be anything around 32" - 34",hope that helps.

You are not fat, you are at a good weight, just try and maintain it. Your Body Mass Index is 19.1 and that id fine.
At the age of 14 you shouldn't be worrying about being overweight, which you are not. Just make sure that you eat sensibly and do some exercise and not eat too many chocolates and crisps and you will be fine
