I had Japanese food on Friday night and now my mouth is very sore. The last time I ate it, the same thing happened but I thought it was my wisdom teeth coming in. I went to the dentist and he gave me an antibiotic for a sinus infection because I had those symptoms as well.

Go to an allergist and they will be able to help you discover if it is an allergy. They can give you sheets that will ask you for detailed information about what you ate. They can also do tests on your arm to see what kinds of things your skin is reactive to.

What were the things that you ate on both occasions? When you figure it out you need to go to an allergist and you can be tested for allergies to specific things.

I doubt it was the food nationality, probably an ingredient in one of the food.

go see an allergist. They could probably tell you...to be safe, stay clear just in case.
