Only when she and her lover have something true and loving to communicate to each other. Once that's established (which may not be easy at sixteen) then as often as they need. But if one of them is exploiting the other, lay off.
Sex with someone you love and who loves you is so, so beautiful ... I wish it could be like that for everyone, all the time. Then we wouldn't have so many difficult questions about wars and drugs and what to wear.

You can have sex all day long, as long as you still have stamina left to continue the course. But on the moral side, sex is only for the married and forbidden to the public. Thats why marriage is called holy matrimony. Understood? Furthermore, sex has no effect on women health if the guy uses a condom. Cus all the euphoric hormones of the man that pushes orgasm to the max is in the semen, and those are actually absorbed into the blood. The health effect is benefitting, both of the physical and the mental state. If you want, make sure you find a virgin boy and let him do it on you, making sure he have no STDs. Secondly, go and insert an IUD( Intra-uterine device) into your womb to prevent pregnancy due to semen exposure. And as a fact, IUDs are not hormonic and thus you can still have babies after you remove the IUD. Furthermore, it isn't as troublesome as wearing condoms for every session or applying spermicide.
and moreover, your man can feel you 100%!!! IUD stays in your womb forever!!! Plus, as the nature of IUDs is to prevent ovary embedding itself on the womb, you suffer less pain and lose lesser blood during your periods!!! Woot!

You deserve answers based on understanding - not on silly moral standards. So, it really depends on your situation. If you have a loving boyfriend and are comfortable with him, if you protect yourself against pregnancy and STD, there is absolutely no reason why you should not have sex at the age of 16. It is YOUR decision - there is no standard.

Jeez, what is up with people. You did ask a silly question but you didnt ask for abuse or judgement. I agree, you shouldn't be having sex until you are in a steady and loving relationship and even then it's not necessary but it's your choice. If you're in the US then its illegal, but here in the UK you're of consenting age and so it's up to you what you do. Just be sure to practice safe sex with someone you trust, and enjoy it. x

honostly you shouldn't even be having sex. i have two little sisters about your age and if i found out they were having sex i'd murder them . which i found out the 15 year old was so when i see the guy i will rip his face off he's almost 19
