I've been going to the gym for 8 months but am seeing very little change in my weight. My fitness level has greatly improved, every six weeks I change my workout and make it slightly harder to do. I've got muscle forming on most parts of my body but I can't seems to shift the flab around my abs or upper thighs. I do alot of crunches on the gym ball and use the leg press. But it's not making much difference. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. I eat very healthy too, lots of fresh veg and fruit etc, nothing sugary (cakes, chocs,sweets etc) or dairy. Since I've started I've only lost a stone...I know it can take a long time, but it feels like its taking too long. Someone I know went to weightwatchers and has lost four stone in the same time, without doing much exercise. I would join but it's expensive and I have gym membership to pay for.
Please help........
