who ever told you your body sweats sugar?? salt is what it sweats!!!

The body physiological fluid is saline in Nature. This keeps the sodium and potassium pump in balance. Sugar in the body is either store as insoluble glycogen or totally expel out of the body through urine or faces but not through the sweat gland.

cos u lose salt when you sweat. the sugar is retained and burnt off when u work out. hence the salty taste!
