i need to help someone! my sister is 14...and she weighs 110!{ shes skinny!}
me and my mom tried to talk sense into her but she still wants to diet! im trying to help her so that she can lose like 15 pounds so she can get down to 85..and she wants to get down there before Dec. 25 which is Chrsitamas! so please just give me some good tips for a 14 year old to use.......She is going crazzy and i just want the best for my sister.........

also , They told me that if i get mad alot my cancer( tumor ) will grow bigger, is there any truth in this ? Is breast cancer supposed to hurt ? my seems to hurt . After my two biopsys my breast hurts alot . I feel like somebody is poking my breast really hard? Any ideas why ? am i doing something that im not suppose to be doing ?

I have had a small lump on the heel of my foot. More towards the center of the foot at the beginning of the heel. It is hard, and sore to the touch. I belive that I must have gotten a splinter , and didnt feel it... by walking on my foot... it went deeper and now new skin has grown over it... It is very sore.. I canot wear any shoes with a heel.. I do not have insurance... so does anyone have a way to draw them out... I have soaked my foot in warm water... that didnt help,

if u are sick with a cold and have mild diarrhea too and u just took cold pills and then had a bowl movement (diarrhea) right after u took it is there a chance that the pills could of came out too or does it stay right in ur stomach? i dont mean to be gross but im sick and was hoping that the cold med's i just took didnt come right out

I just got over a kidney infection like last thursday and I did not take my last pill for the medication. I had to take 2 a day for seven days and I had one left over and decided not to take it. Should I go back for a follow up appt....... And do you think my infection is gone even though I did not take my last pill?????

For the past 4 months i have been suffering from night sweats , it is so embaressing i wake up dripping and the bedding is soaked through, i don't where pj's and the heating is never on in our bedroom, we even have a window open. I am 26 years old so i don't think i have the menopause (well hope not) i have been on the combined pill for 9 years so periods are regular although lately i have been coming on 5 days earlier than usual. I feel a little tired than usual but put that down to it being winter. I have been taking oil evening primrose for years too so thats not helping. Does anyone have any advice or shall i go to the doctor?

OK I have a very small patch of skin on my forearm that is almost imperceptibly growing in diameter. It is not raised, but it might be sunken in very slightly, I can't quite tell for sure. It's probably just over 1/8 of an inch in diameter. The color is barely different from the rest of my arm, it almost looks like a trick of the light. But it is definitely there, it started out as a much smaller dot that I noticed a few months ago. It's definitely growing. I'm not sure what to think of this, if anyone can help, it'd be great. I'm very light skinned, the spot is slightly darker but not as dark as moles and freckles on the rest of my body. Any ideas? Please let me know if you need more information, I've included everything I can think of.
Oh, and one more thing... I do realize I should probably see a doctor, but currently I don't have medical insurance, nor do I have money to obtain medical insurance, much less money to simply pay a doctor.

I am currently pregnant for the first time and none of the numbers seem to be adding up correctly for me. The first day of my last period was Sept 12, 2006. This would have put my due date being June 19, 2007. However, at my last doctor's appointment, I was told that I was 3 days less far along than what they had originally supposed I was, putting the due date at June 22. How is it possible to be less far along by three days when I know my last period began on Sept 12? Also, this puts my conception date as being a day that I was out of town (Sept 29th) and I know that it could not have happened on this day. Are all of these dates loose estimates or are they supposedly set in stone?
(This is my first time through this so if it sounds dumb to some of you pros - sorry. Also, I keep a date book and write down everything in it, that is why I am so certain on my dates for things.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
