Can dreams make you tired? Does anybody else find it impossible to get out of bed in the morning? What can I do to make it easier?

If these dreams are interrupting your REM sleep then yes it can 'make you tired'.

Try 'lucid dreaming'..... if you wake up and can visualize what is disturbing your dreams... try fighting that instead of fighting the lack of sleep.

Analyze what you are facing in your dreams and go back to sleep specifically to "right the wrong" in the previous dream

Got a werewolf in your nightmare?
Go back to sleep IMMEDIATELY and dream of carrying a Bazooka with silver warheads......

I am experiecing the same problem. The last 3 nights have been super intense as far as dreams go. I am tired, out of it, and not as well rested as usual. The dreaming is wearing me down.

As I understand it, stress can bring out dreams in people. I have been stressed about some things lately. Possibly that is it. Otherwise, I'm in the same boat as you, and hope you find some answers because I sure could!

i personally experienced this some months in the past and the wellbeing care specialist tried to inform me it became BiPolar, yet in some weeks it resolved itself. they say that bright objectives are the brains way of operating by using some thing, so perchance you only have some thing taking place on your life on the instantaneous that your mind is having hassle processing, and at the same time as it has, with somewhat of success, you'd be freed from the bright objectives. reliable success

Try to sleep by day and find 'night work', being awake at night will stop the "NIGHTmares".
