Proactiv did NOT work at all for my daughter or my sister.
You can reduce acne considerably by watching what you eat. Cut out the greasy foods, chocolate, and sweets, soda, etc. for a month and see what a difference that makes. It's simple and effective, and FREE!!

PLEASE don't listen to "dr.klein04." Whoever this person is--posts the EXACT same thing about Hoodia in everything he/she answers. Just look at his/her answers.
Any product that claims something that seems too good to be true...is. If there is a "guarantee" of weight loss, a cure for some disease that has no real cure....those are the things to stay away from. Not only are they just scamming you and trying to take your money, but they can seriously harm you as well. Be very cautious. You know that there are no miracles cures that you can buy. If there was something out there that would cure diseases, make you taller-thinner-grow hair, etc.....then no one would be sick, fat or bald. Right? Right!

I would be deeply suspicious of any "alternative" or herbal remedy. Anything called homeopathic by definition is nothing more than sterile water and therefore worthless. I would even be careful about Hoodia, as recommended by the other doctor who is posting here. His recommendations are based on anecdotal experience not science.
Most weight loss remedies don't work. Even joint supplements, glucosamine and chondroitin, which should some promise in initial studies probably do not work.
