Simple. Stop working so many hours and get 8 hours sleep. You need your rest or you will get ill or stressed out.

drinking lots of water so skin is hydrated, getting more sleep and any sort of cream for the bags like Nivea Q-Ten although it's expensive or like an eye gel I use Botanics from Boots only £4.99 and reduces puffiness
