Impossible. They could not have gone through that fast. Only if you had thrown up right after, would you have lost the pills. Remember...pills dissolve quickly.

It's very possible...it sounds like your body can't keep anything inside of it. If you're taking over the counter cold pills you shouldn't bother if you have diarrhea. If you want some relief in general and you can't go without drugs, give theraflul a try since it is basically a tea, will make you sweat (big plus) and will help you sleep (you need all the rest you can get). It may not be just a cold either...sounds like you have a touch of the flu as well.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER - diarrhea = dehydration

It's normal for loose bowels that's ur body clearing out for baby to come. As for the sharp pains in the lower department sounds a lot like internal hemmeroids, look it up on google could be from sitting on the cold for a long period of time or staining to hard when going to the bathroom. I had this after having my baby from the pushing they just give you laxatives and medication they soon by better it's the external hemmeroids you have to worry about they need to be surgically removed. Just try and drink heaps of water and iron enriched foods so when your in labour you have a good energy supply and after that everything should be fine the doctors will be able to give you medication for it. It cold be that you are too far along to take something for it. But other then that when on the toilet try to relax and not tense that's when it hurts more.. I hope everything goes well and lucky you will be seeing your beautiful baby soon Congrats

The pills don't just come right out the back end. They need to be absorbed in the stomach first. If you took them and vomited then they would most likely come right out.
So no problems.
Feel better soon.

No, it doesn't go that quickly from your stomach through all your intestines. By the way bowl movements is when you change the position of your ice cream, bowel movements is the diarrhea.

If the meds came out in your diarrhea you would have seen them floating in the toilet. Since you didn't seem to see them it is safe to say you did not pass them in the stools. If you are having diarrhea though get some immodium aka loperidmide to help the loose stools.

It's possible that your body did not have time to break the pills down. Sometimes they can be seen in the stool; still whole.

You body will "digest" the pill, you will absorb what you need, things don't just slip out of you.

The medicine should be absorbed. If you threw up, maybe it wouldn't be absorbed, but medicine would be absorbed before the fecal stage/
