make a paste of brown sugar and Ivory soap shavings (50/50 and a little water.) and put that on your foot overnight. This will draw what ever is in there out. If that does not work you might have a plantar wart.

Have someone you trust cut it open after you soaked for a while.
I do wonder if it is a scar or Wart.
If it is a scar it will regrow as a scar.
Any particle or wart can be removed.
Believe it or not it could be a tiny piece of bone or tooth your body has sent there and will periodically show up in this spot.
Wart:
"A hard rough lump growing on the skin, caused by infection with certain viruses and occurring typically on the hands or feet."

I have a spot on left palm where every few months a very tiny hard piece of something pops through the skin.
Once I remove it, the skin is smooth again.
It is not painful since there is not the weight of my body on it, only irritating while it works its way through the skin.

Moles, warts, and skin tickets are common skin lesions that grow naturally. Although they're generally low dangerous, they may be embarrassing if found on an obvious portion including the face. Epidermis wounds like moles and warts cause self confidence issues to the sufferers. A person with moles normally becomes a loner because they do not want to be observed in public. They think ashamed to be out in public, so depression may naturally follow but now you can change all of this with this particular information from here https://tr.im/SzwNt , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.

Go to the doctor to have it removed. If it's so deep that the skin has grown over it, there's no way to get it out yourself. But it should be removed if it's sore because it could be or get infected.

If you can't reach it yourself you will have to have someone else get it out for you. The best way to do it is to use a needle and dig it out. I know that sounds painful, but, if you go slow its not so bad. Use the needle to break the skin and then use it to pick the sliver out, good luck.
