i am a 16 year old girl i have been working out since i was 14, i started out @ 50 sit ups and now im up to 300, i do over 60 leg lifts and 100 squatts, and fun all the time in the summer will i always be 5' tall?

NO, that would not stunt your growth. how often do you do all that? Quitting exercising is never a good thing...what you may want to do is check with your doctor on how much and how often you should be doing it. TOO much is not good for developing girls.

No that would have nothing to do with stunting your growth. Alot of times girls dont get to much taller after they have had their period. If you are wondering if you have any growth left check out the doctor and maybe get an xray to see if your epseal plates have grown together (I know I didnt spell the proper word for it correctly but it is also known as the growth plate) The growth plate allows the bones to keep growing and once they have fused together then you are done growing so working out would have nothing to do with stunting your growth.
