i lift a 16 pound barbell,i work both arms 6 days a week,i do 25 per arm then i rest for 3 mins,i do that 6 times but why doesen't it grow.oh anyways i weigh at 130(I AM NOT FAT,I AT LEAST HAVE 25% OF BODY FAT)

Throat scractch happened a few months ago from eating a dorito chip and not chewingwell. It felt so painful cause seems it went in whole. After that and lasting for about 3 months i had this strong pain in the neck muscles in front( not even the throat). Then now that i'm better, i've been noticing a very strange symptom which i hear even more at night when it's quiet.

After i swallow saliva..about 2 seconds after an involuntary "grrrrrrr" sound coming out of the throat and not from lower down.
It's not like burping..cause burping comes from lower dwn. This sound starts in the throat area.

Could it be the scratch left whole or something similar in the inside of my throat? ? yet, now i don't even get pain, in fact i never had pain inside the throat.. just in the muslces outside..

Hey guys,
When I sing, my notes get cut off because my breathing isnt long enough. I dont think im reaching my potential because I always feel suffocated and stuff. Are there any good exercises that will help allow me to be able to breath longer and deeper breaths?

On and off usually before my menstral cycle breast are getting increasingly tender. (normal I am sure) now my right breast has shooting sharp pains running through it. I took a bath tonight to see if it would feel better and noticed fluid leaking. I am 38. I havent nursed in almost 6 yrs. What are these symptoms of or am I worried over nothing?

After a workout or exercise I really feel so hungry and I start to loose control of my eating habit . So after that I feel that my exercise or work out is useless . So please can anyone tell me what food to select so that ill fill "full" without gaining calories . Thank you

i strum and pluck with the right hand and i've been using the end of my thumb nail to pluck the strings. Recently i'm feelng this strong pain in the thumb nail. My question is, if i'm getting pain this way, then am i not donig it correctly? am i suppose to pluck with the flesh of the tip of the thumb and not the nail?

My dad has always told me that if I worked hard, I can acheive anything. I'm in my second year in college and maintaining a solid GPA for medical school. Being a doctor has always been my dream but I've recently come to realize the true hard fact that I'm red-green colorblind. I remember back in elementary school that my optometrist diagnosed me with colorblindedness but I never thought much about it until recently during one of my chemistry labs, I couldn't discern a hue between purple and green. I asked some doctors about colorblindedness and medical school and they told me that they were never screened for color test, although they all have normal color. I know that all doctors need to go through general medicine and I can see how important it is for a doctor to have a normal color vision but I know there are doctors who associate with colors minimally. Are there doctors or nurses here who know doctors who are color blind? Please reply, I feel so depressed.
