First off, I have two ruptured discs, and the only way to fix it is surgery. Your injections & P.T. are only your insurance carrier's way of keeping down the cost. Get it fixed the right way.

Second, if this is truly a work related injury you'll probably settle good. but keep in mind you have loss of mobility and life long problems, so keep that in mind when figuring a dollar amount. Your attorney will see to this.

Also keep in mind, that after you settle, they WILL be following you around without your knowledge, taking pics and video, hoping to catch you doing the slightest little thing you're not supposed to be doing, be it recreational, work, or just playing with your kids. They'll follow you for years. Remember, to them, it's about money - not you're well being. The bigger the settlement, the more they'll hound you.

Trust me, I work for an insurance company, I know.

The workers comp portion of your benefit pays for the medical bills only including therapy, prescriptions etc. The employer has an employer's liability policy that may be used to settle any tort case for employer's negligence. You need to talk to an attorney about the labor laws in your state to find out more. good luck.

It depend on your company and what they are willing to pay a premium to the insurance company. They will only pay for what the policy go up to. An example is that the limit is 90,000 dollars and your medical bill hit 91,000 dollars. That other thousand come out of our pocket or your company pocket.

if you're deliberating a divorce you ought to continuously search for a reliable criminal specialist. kin regulations variety state to state inspite of each thing. oftentimes, your (ex)spouse is entitled to newborn help from you in spite of how you're making ends meet. Alimony isn't as hardship-free as human beings look to opt to have self belief and fairly is -meant- to be a way of assisting a companion that hasn't been operating get on their ft. If she's been out of work for a lengthy time period, now will be a reliable time of discussing her getting a job, if she's been assisting you for a at the same time as SHE would ought to pay alimony. (lol) I take it you've been having issues for some at the same time as and performance already tried operating it out, going to remedy, and so on.? you're for sure dealing with lots at present, financially and in the different case, and this is not any longer uncommon for the courting to take the brunt of that. in case you do not opt to be with her anymore then you actually shouldn't dilly-dally in leaving because lots of the options made by using the courtroom on alimony will be in accordance with how lengthy you've been with her, and staying with someone you don't like is a waste of your life besides. on the different hand, this is downright stupid to leave a courting that could have worked out in the different case over a momentary (very) demanding spot. All relationships have issues and complicated spots inspite of each thing.

They will pay you little because in a back injury you have to prove that it was caused at work not elsewhere and you wanted free medical care for it
