A lot of fruits and vegetables. Preferably fruits and watery vegetables like lettuce, cucumber, celery, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit, grapes. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in those things. Eating a lot of them will not harm you, nor will it make your work out worthless. If you eat a lot of them, the water in those fruits and veggies will make you feel full and they taste great.

Eat stuff like tuna fish, but put some cheese or dariy in it.and drink lots of water

You would want to eat light. As in probably eat fruits and vegetables. Not any fats, sugar, starches or any thing like that. Hope it helps!

something high protien, low carb/fat. maybe try a high protien shake (using the high protien shake powder, ice, and and lowfat milk). or they also have bars you can eat. protien helps muscles recover from hard workouts. its good to eat. also you could eat a lean meat like grilled chicken or fish.

umm well idk about what to eat probably a protein bar but i heard a tall glass of chocolate milk is REALLY good after a work out

i saw on unwrapped one time that spicy food actually burns more calories than the food has in it.. so spicy foods and hot foods might help that
