Two things result in muscle mass increase in males.

1) Lifting the right way

2) TESTOSTERONE!

You aren't lifting the right way for muscle mass but it really doesn't matter how you lift until your body starts pumping out testosterone. You are just too young right now. When you get into mid puberty then your body will start producing adequate amounts of testosterone and you will see benefits. Until then, just eat healthy, lift light, and keep in shape.

You're still a kid. Working out now won't increase muscle much. The best you can hope for is toning. I would suggest not working out as much for the next year or so until your body slows it's growing.

do NOT work out 6 days a week, one day isnt enough for the muscle to repair, you need to work out every other day on your biceps/triceps!!

and the reason your arms arent getting bigger is probably, since your young, your not pumping out alot of testosterone (the chemicals that make men, men :D)

Oh, dont worry about it too much...you are too young to work out for the muscles...wait 'til 16 and over...but you can get abs before 16 though...go ahead work on that...

Oh and if you are thin for whole your life...dont worry you will get husky when you enter college...

At least eat health foods...and keep excerise...

Peace!

I think you should eat healthy and start with simple excercises first then go harder and harder. Increasing your weightlifting this way makes the muscles gradually grow instead of being worked out!

I will tell you right now. When I was in gymnastics, I asked my coach about working out. Bench pressing. He told me that one should only start to bench press when one is 14 or older because if one does, their muscles will grown incorrectly.
