well obviously you will need to do crunches if you want to tone your body. But to just lose some extra weight intense cardio excercise is the best way to go. And then after your body has become more efficient at burning calories pick up strength training.
Running at 10mph is obviously the most effective weight lose strategy. But there are also fun alternatives. For instance play intense soccer can burn almost as many calories. And playing intense handball will burn about the same amount.
by handball I do not mean that sport we played with a giant red rubber ball in grammar school. Rather this is a court sport akin to raquetball--only harder. The ball is much smaller and harder and the game requires much more coordination than raquetball--but for most intents and purposes the rules are the same. Handball burns so many calories because of the motions a player goes through--he sprints from side to side of the court, bends with waist and knees to hit the ball, and uses his hips and shoulders in hitting. He then has to learn how to do this for both hands!
I work out 4-5 times a week and play on my universities handball team--i found that I lost considerable weight doing it and I had a blast too.

Have a good diet. DON'T be anorexic or develop a eating disorder, this is the worst way to lose weight and will ultimately mess up your metabolism and make you fat.
Eat a healthy breakfast or you'll pig out on unhealthy foods at lunch, each lots of green vegetable(nutrients!), calcium(milk), and protein(chickpeas if yoru begetarian, or else just meat).
Muscle building pills are horrible on your body too.

It sounds to me like you "might" be maybe 3 pounds over weight, the average person. Average frame. Should weigh 100 pounds at 5 foot tall, and 5 to 7 pounds for every inch after that so you should weigh at the least 140, and at the most 156. Women!!!!!

Man! I'm seven inches taller than you, a guy, and I STILL weight less than...oh wait that probably isn't helping. Eh, well you're a good weight, I'm just grossly underweight. In all seriousness though, you're a healthy weight. Guys, mature guys, like girls that look healthy and solid- not stick thin and anorexic. Keep the weight you got.

I think you're at a good weight. Keep exercising, drink lots of water, and cut out the fast food. I won't give dieting advice because you have to do whats right for YOU.

You still have a six pack..
Underneath it all.
you need to do Crunches and things like that to keep your stomach firm and at the same time work at having a better diet. That will allow you to not take in bad carbs and only take in good carbs.

we all get that way eventually i used to b way skinny and had a six pack but now im a lil jiggly u should try just runnin around every now and again or except urself the way u r im loosin weight this way it seems to work 4 me try it

Eat healthy, excercise, do Yoga in the morning. Also, if you have to go somwhere 10 blocks away, just walk and use motor vehicles only when really needed.
