If your house is a single level and you can get into the crawl space, climb down there to where the tub is and take apart the trap and it will probably be in there. Otherwise, you've got to get underneath the tub somehow to get to the trap. Your drain should have 4 seperate channels for water to go through. these channels which are cast into the drain should have stopped your glass. Unscrew the top or stopper to look in there.

Rule 1: Don't wear your glasses in the shower.
Rule 2: Check the screws now and then to make sure they're still tight.
Rule 3: Stuff that goes down an air vent can be rescued. Stuff that goes down a drain into a main water line is gone forever. Sorry.

Not unless you want to take apart your bathtub pipes. But why were you in the shower with your glasses on anyway? Do you really need them in there? You may have to just go get a new lens. I don't think you would have to buy whole new glasses, unless you haven't been in a while.
